Hi. I'm Tristan. I'm a 17 year old from the Bay Area and I love building innovative side projects. I just finished my college apps and am excited to spend more time on writing, self-discovery, and side projects.

Previously, I was a Research Engineer d_model (YC S24), where I helped build their v0 product and RL environments for frontier AI labs.

In the past year, I've found myself becoming increasingly drawn to philosophy–reading more long-form essays and criticism, and trying to be more mindful about my media consumption.

I enjoy playing piano, typically impressionist or romantic, and I listen to all sorts of music: jazz, 2000's pop, rap, r&b, indie, classical, modern soul, disney songs and probably more.
